THE FOOD: Blueberry Grouper Tacos
Flash fried breaded grouper with arugula, pickled red onion, blueberry-avocado salsa, feta and jalapeño-blueberry sour cream in a crispy house-made corn tortilla with a side of Cajun dill chips.
THE DRINK: The Blue Whale - Bacardi Limon, Blue Curaco, Agua Fresca, and a raspberry puree float.
THE FOOD: Buena Vista Ropa Vieja
A traditional Cuban dish of slow cooked shredded beef in tomato and spices over sweet plantain and black bean rice.
THE DRINK: Mango Papaya Margarita - Espolon blaco tequila, triple sec, fresh lime, mango and papaya juice with a colored salt rim.
THE FOOD: Rupert Holmes Shrimp Skewer
Cilantro lime Shrimp and grilled pineapple skewer over a coconut lime risotto, drizzled with a Pina Colada sauce.
THE DRINK: Cucumber Cooler - Cucumber/Lime vodka with fresh squeezed lemonade and a splash of soda water.
THE FOOD: Blackened Tuna and Papaya Salad
Lightly seared blackened tuna over mixed greens with papaya, red onion, cucumber, tomato, cayenne dusted almonds, and goat cheese, drizzled with a Tahitian vanilla bean vinaigrette.
THE DRINK: Strawberry Sriracha Margarita - Jose Cuervo tequila, triple sec, fresh lime, and a strawberry/Sriracha puree.

Vanilla ice cream with coconut lime pound cake crumbles and a key lime sauce with candied pecans and a drunken cherry.
