Join us for a Spirits Dinner at B-Side (the flipside to Donnelly's right down the block at 5 Liftbridge Lane) – a six-course pairing dinner of small plates and cocktails. The dinner will be served on our second floor event space - seating is limited - tickets are $30 (including tax and gratuity) and are available for purchase at the bar at B-Side.
Phyllo cups filled with roasted Brussels sprouts and a sweet lemon cream cheese.
Cocktail: Sherwood Gin Fizz – Sir Robin of Locksley Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white topped with a slash of Soda
Grilled shrimp over a basil waffle, drizzled with an orange ginger glaze, garnished with Meyer lemon zest.
Cocktail: A Three Hour Tour – Plantation 5 year old rum, squeezed lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup shaken and strained with a float of melon liquor.
Moonlight baby bella and oyster mushrooms and feta cheese strudel with a veal glacé.
Cocktail: Blood and Sand – blood orange juice, sweet vermouth, cherry Heering, and Ben Romach 10 Year Old Whiskey.
Lobster risotto with a roasted red bell pepper cream sauce in mini sweet bell pepper
Cocktail: Mediterranean Mule – Figenza Vodka with a squeeze of lime and ginger beer.
Chicken Tandori over Jasmine rice with scallion.
Cocktail: Sweet Old Fashioned – Defiant Whiskey classic old fashioned made a touch sweet.
The Reverse Crème Brûlée
Cocktail: Kentucky Cappuccino – Equal parts Bourbon, Espresso, and Rain City Coffee Liquor.
